Recruitment lasts a week, but sisterhood lasts a lifetime. The challenge as a Potential New Member is that it’s hard to see beyond the nerves, excitement, and uncertainty of the week ahead.

In this keynote, I'll help PNMs approach recruitment with greater confidence, clarity, and authenticity. I’ll help to shift the focus away from impressing others and toward showing up as their truest selves, trusting the process, and finding a community where they genuinely belong.
